BBQing does not take any real know how, but there are always so many different ways to BBQ your favorite dishes.
Today's recipe is Summer BBQ Pork Chops.
This is the recipe that my husband and I have been using and absolutely LOVE <3
Servings: 5
Ingredients:
5 - 1/4 inch thick pork chops
1 Tbsp Cavenders Greek Dressing
1 cup Kraft Italian Dressing
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt - grated (we use Kirkland Brand)
1 tsp Pepper
1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ Sauce
Directions:
1.) Rinse your pork chops and place in glass dish to be marinated with mix.
2.)Mix all ingredients in glass dish. Leaving out the BBQ sauce for now. Pour over the pork chops.
3.)Set in fridge for about 15-20 mins to marinade
4.)Throw on the grill
5.) When half-way cooked through, brush on the BBQ sauce to the pork chops, finish grilling.
These pork chops are not only fantastic, but they are quick and easy to cook up! My kids are so picky and they even LOVE when we make Summer BBQ Pork Chops.
